Better Habits

You know you could have better habits. You know that with better habits your life could be much better. You'll be more productive and happier. But it's not that easy. Despite your best intentions and attempts, somehow you keep finding yourself back at the starting line. If this sounds like you, keep reading...

Look, it's easy to dismiss habits are trivial (as I once did) but if there's one thing that I've learned in the last eight years it's this: good habits are the gateway to a journey of personal growth that will change your life.

Over the past 8 years, I have invested close to 10,000 hours (obsessive much?) studying the mindset, psychology, and habits of peak performers, and along the way, building multi-year streaks in meditation, exercising, reading, and more.

How did I do this and, more importantly, how can I help you?

Let me give you the backstory: Growing up, spontaneity was a big part of my identity. I loved thinking of myself as exciting and unpredictable. The freedom to do what I want, when I want, with who I want, has always been important for me, but as with most things in life, it worked until it didn't. It's one thing to be an eight-year-old with no commitment (other than one to have fun) and another to be a twenty-five-year-old. The age when I started my first online company.

I had finally gotten the dream job: to work on something I cared deeply about that was mine. I didn't have to answer to a boss or show up at work at an arbitrary time just because that's how it works. I was in heaven. Fast forward six months later, it was a very different story. Even though I was consistently working more — 12 to14 hour every day and often on the weekends too — I couldn't really tell you where my time and energy went. On top of that, as a first-time founder, I was making all the cliche mistakes I had read to avoid.

Not long after, my first ever panic attack struck.

Distraught, overworked, stressed out, and isolated in a foreign country, I decided there and then that I was willing to try anything as long as it got me out of that hole. Including suspending my beliefs because, frankly, I had to admit that they were the reason I was in that hole!

That was when I stumbled into the world of habits and peak performance. From what I gathered early on, most of the greatest artists, businessmen, athletes, basically anyone who has achieved great success had one thing in common: good habits.

As I immersed myself into the topic, I read voraciously, and more importantly, I began running countless experiments on myself: from fasting to meditating, sleeping to cold showers, many of which I tried before they were as trendy as they are today.

In that process, I have refined an approach that has allowed me to do a set of pretty astonishing, previously unimaginable things along the way including multi-year streaks in mediation, exercising, reading, and more.

Without a doubt, my habits and personal growth journey have been my most valuable experience and asset in the past decade. It is the foundation on which everything good in my life is based on.

In this video course, I'll show you how I built my habits and how you can do it too. I'll also teach you how to avoid the common mistakes most people make and share with you a powerful framework that will help you to create good habits that last.

Here's what others said

“Tré has helped me make some truly transformative changes in my life. Although I knew I needed change in my life, it wasn’t completely clear what I needed to do next. Tré helped me to get there faster, clearer, and safer. He was the turning point that got me to start seeing and doing things differently. Most importantly, he has helped me realize that I don’t need someone else to validate who I am, as a result, I’m no longer afraid to stand on my own. For that, I’m forever grateful to Tré, and I look forward to continuing working with him.”

– Mariam, Senior Accountant / London

“I left every session with Tre feeling better about my self and more certain about what I wanted to focus on. And then there are all his tools to help you achieve what you want. Can’t recommend him enough!”

What do I get when I join the Better Habits Course?

You get immediate access to the video content and worksheets the moment it launches.

How much time does the course require?

The course is divided into two major sections: the video lessons and the workbook. The lessons are broken down into three separate videos, and you can either watch them all at once or 15-20 mins each day. The workbook is paired with the course and it will take between 45-90 mins depending on how deeply you dive into it.

Who is this for?

If you've been struggling to understand why your past attempts have failed, and what you can do next, this is for you. If you're looking to create meaningful change in your life and you're willing to take tiny actions and put in the work required to be successful, this is for you.

How is this different from other habit courses?

A lot of courses out there are very science-focused, and as much as I'm a fan of science, theories and facts are rarely the deciding factors when it comes to change. If they were, all of us wouldn't have any problems.

The framework towards approaching habits in this course comes from a more holistic personal development approach that looks at the deeper underlying reasons and areas that influence our lives.

Who is this not for

If you are looking for something that's going to magically turn you into your best self immediately without putting in the work, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you consider yourself an advanced level in the topic and are looking to optimize the last 15% of your routine then this is probably not for you.

Are you planning on updating the course?

Yes, and you will get access to all future updates!

Thanks for purchasing the course, I hope you find it useful and enjoy it as much as I did while making it!

    There are 3 resources included,

    1) The video → Start here. Gumroad is not a streaming platform so it might not the ideal experience, if possible you should download the video and watch it on your laptop. If that's not possible I recommend downloading their app at https://gumroad.com/mobile (iOS & Andriod) so that you can easily access the content, and resume watching the video where you left off.

    2) Workbook PDF - fill this in as you go along. I would encourage you to print out the workbook as studies have shown that writing by hand can help increase memory and retention. If you don't have a printer, no worry, you can write your answers on a piece of paper.

    3) Presentation Slides - Go through the presentation at your own speed.

If you have any questions, you can reach me at tre@betahuman.co or @tre_wee on twitter.

Thanks a lot, enjoy and I look forward to hearing what you think about it!
